An active client is someone you are currently coaching — for example, they are submitting check-ins, following an active program, or messaging with you inside the platform. Archived clients can still sign in to view previous data, but they are not counted while inactive.
No. You pay your Pono subscription but your clients pay nothing extra to use the website and apps. They only pay to you whatever you charge them for your services.
Every plan includes the full Pono platform with every single feature, including PonoAI, as well as website and iOS & Android apps. Pono Hybrid also includes all hybrid features. The different plans simply determine how many active clients you can have at any one time. The 500 client plan includes full white labeling for the apps. The Enterprise plan is for those looking for deeper white-labeling as well as custom development.
No, you can launch your Pono platform immediately on a ponoapp.com subdomain — for example mysite.ponoapp.com. You can connect your own custom domain any time later. You can use Pono for your full website, or you can keep your current website frontend and let Pono power the portal and members area (in something like portal.yourwebsite.com, or clients.yourwebsite.com).
Yes. Simply connect Stripe, Pono does not add transaction fees so you only pay your payment processor’s own charges. PayPal and Authorize.Net are also supported.
Hosting, storage, client email delivery and all future Pono updates are included with your plan. If you need much higher limits or enterprise-level requirements, upgrades are available.
Yes. There are no long-term contracts, after the initial trial period you can cancel any time up to 48 hours before the end of any billing period. You can change plans any time as your business grows. Annual billing lowers the cost, giving you two months free on all plans.
