Pono is immensely powerful, and it's easy to use once you have it up and running, but we fully understand that the initial setup can be overwhelming. With assisted setup you'll get one on one, individual support with one of our lead developers to help you get your Pono system perfectly set up, quickly.
We'll start with a quick video chat to talk about what you want to set up. Of course we can just email too if you prefer. We'll then give recommendations, together with step by step instructions, for the best way to set up your workflow and how to get the most out of Pono's features. In most cases your system will be running perfectly within a very short time (normally just two or three days). We'll stay available though for a full month of individual support so that any time you have questions, or just need a few tips as to how you could further improve things, we're here for you.
The idea with assisted setup is that we're showing you exactly what to do, and providing easy instructions, but you are setting things up yourself — because in doing so you are learning how to use the system and gaining full control over everything so that you can manage your entire website and mobile apps yourself. Of course you can book additional months of support if you want to, but you probably don't, so our goal is to not only get your Pono system perfectly set up with the best options and workflows but also be sure that you are totally comfortable using it.
If you like then we can do a second video call during the month once you've got going, and look together at any additional questions that you have or anything that could be further optimized.
