How long does it take before I'll be up and running?
Fast! After you start your trial, we begin provisioning your Pono system right away.
What happens next:
➡️ Within 1 business day, you’ll receive your website and app logins.
➡️ You’ll get a short quick-start checklist (setup + first client invite).
➡️ You can start using your website + apps immediately.
Most coaches see the “aha” moment within a few days once your first client data comes in and PonoAI starts helping with analysis, summaries, replies etc.

What is an "active client"?
An active client is someone who is currently using your services.
Example: if you sell a 3‑month program, that client is active for those 3 months. If you extend the program, they stay active.
When a program ends, the client becomes inactive:
➡️ You still keep their history.
➡️ You can optionally let them log in to view past content.
➡️ They won’t be able to message you, submit new check-ins, log new workouts etc unless they’re active again.

Definitely.
You’ll start with a portal like yourname.ponoapp.com (you can change this later).
You can keep using that as long as you want, or if you prefer you can:
➡️ Connect your own domain
➡️ Keep your existing marketing website (WordPress/Wix/Shopify, etc.) and use Pono for the client portal / members area, or
➡️ Use Pono to power your entire website + portal (Pono is of course powering the site you’re on right now).

Do my clients need the app?
No, clients can use the web portal or the iOS/Android apps. Everything works for your client on web and app.
How can I accept payments?
Pono supports payments through Stripe (recommended). Connect your Stripe account and you can sell coaching and accept payments inside your system.
We don’t charge processing fees, you only pay Stripe’s standard processing fees.
Pono also supports PayPal and Authorize.Net (optional) and they can be connected in the admin.

Can I cancel anytime?
Of course. During your 14‑day trial, you can cancel anytime and pay $0.
After you’re on a paid plan, you can cancel anytime and your access continues through the end of your current billing period.
Important: Once on an active subscription, to avoid your next renewal cancel at least 72 hours before your renewal date.
